In most organisations IT has long ceased to be a tool; it is the foundation on which everything else runs. At the same time the demands are rising: more connectivity, more regulation, more attacks. And there are projects that can hardly be handled alongside day-to-day business.
Since 2015 PLENAR GmbH has been guiding mid-sized companies, associations and public-sector clients through such projects, as technical advisers, project managers and consultants. Our team around founder Goran Srna consists of permanent employees and freelancers who know each other from joint assignments. Behind it are more than 25 years of practice in chemicals and pharmaceuticals, with financial service providers and insurers, in industry and in the IT of the German federal states. For public-sector projects our consultants hold an existing security clearance under German law (Sicherheitsüberprüfung).
We pay as much attention to processes as to technology. A new system helps little if responsibilities remain unclear and support is left on its own afterwards. That is why we optimise the IT management processes at the same time and support the in-house support lines until operations hold up.
And if the right people are missing for a project, we find them and select them for exactly that project. Freelancers work for PLENAR under a project contract. We do not provide temporary agency staffing (Arbeitnehmerüberlassung).
