What PLENAR takes on for you

We are technical advisers, project managers and consultants. In these roles we lead your project from the first clarification of goals to handover: as external project leadership, as specialist reinforcement for your team or on an interim basis when a key position has to be filled quickly.

01 Project leadership and control Planning, budget, deadlines and resources in one hand, with reporting that decision-makers actually read.
02 Requirements and stakeholders Aligning business departments, IT, service providers and management, and recording goals in writing.
03 Risks and contingency planning Naming risks early, making dependencies visible, planning for failures.
04 Interim management Experienced project or IT leadership for a limited period, also in projects already under way.
05 IT strategy consulting Assessing the starting point, developing a target picture, deriving a workable roadmap.
06 Project review An independent outside view when a project is stuck, with a proposal for realignment.

Experience in public-authority projects

Projects for public authorities follow rules of their own: procurement law, committees, long durations and high demands on documentation and security. We have known these conditions from practice since 2016. Since 2021 we have been leading an infrastructure and data centre project of a German federal state with our own team.
